Eldest (and only) daughter in a family of wrestling brothers, Elle is determined, diplomatic and organized. With a get-sh*t-done mentality and a passion to serve, she found her way to Hospitality bookkeeping through a loop de loop of other financial focuses.

In 2015 she moved to Bozeman and found her foothold in the business community through a career in banking. She worked the networking circles after completing Bozeman Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership Bozeman program and serving on Prospera’s volunteer committees.

The pandemic-era brought a career reshuffle and sent Elle south to sharpen her skills working remotely with restauranteurs in Austin’s food scene and other locales.

Elle launched White Apron in 2024 as the full circle moment of hospitality and the desire to serve up data with a smile in Montana. Elle brings with her fostered connections with industry insiders, award winning operators and some supremely great people.

Elle is passionate about putting the power in the hands of the stakeholders. Operators should know what is happening in their establishments, quickly, accurately and with detailed analysis.
